It was Clock Day. On Clock Day, everything gets grossly high scores, it's part of the spirit of the day.
August 15th is Clock Day every year, people submit purposely bad cartoons that people celebrating the day give 5's. It's pretty random - it's how I submitted HItler's Strawberries!
